My name is Julia.

I am the founder and face of Finishing Touches Design Studio.

My journey began 40 years ago with my career in design. Throughout my entire life, in various disciplines from tailoring, display design, cartography, construction industry, architecture, project management and landscape garden design, the creative theme has always been an eye for design. This has now lead inside into interiors for the last 15 years sewing professionally. And now to a Solar powered Eco Studio with a greener outlook all round.

On my business journey with my husband & company fitter Mark, we have gathered together a remarkable team of skilled & experienced artisans. Together we have been delivering our customers hearts desires and designing their forever homes. Whether it’s privacy you need, just a room refresh, something at an empty window, or even just some fabric. We can help you every step of the way.
